blackberry curve 8520

Postby wonkystonky » Fri Jan 08, 2010 11:34 am

hi can anyone advise me please; I paid for a blackberry curve8520 to be unlocked but it won't let me dial out.
The operator logos appear and the signal bar is there, its not just one sim that it won't work with both orange and voda won't work.
It was locked to T mobile at first;the guy who unlocked it said it will only work if i get T mobile to lift a bar.
T mobile won't cos I'm not the original account holder.
any suggestions please.

I've since read up on this and the only way is to change the IMIE number which is illigal or use the phone abroad. :(
